Ruby 360 Lodge welcomes outside vendors for events and parties. All vendors providing specific services for Ruby 360 Lodge guests must invoice the guest directly for their service.
All vendors must be self-contained, respectful and responsible for returning the location of their service at Ruby 360 Lodge to its original state.
All vendor services will have 24 hours from the time of set up to breakdown their service area.
In order to provide a service on the Ruby 360 Lodge Property the client must submit a certificate of insurance documenting general liability coverage for the event in the following manner:
Comprehensive general liability insurance, in an occurrence form at the minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, death, property damage and personal injury. The policy must include coverage for premises operations, blanket contractual liability, products, completed operations, and independent contractors. The certificate of insurance must name Ruby 360 Lodge, LLC and Ruby Mountain Heli-Ski Guides, Inc. from all claims, suits, or proceedings of any nature whatsoever which may be brought against them on accounts of any injuries to person or property received from the contractor, his agents, or servants. Ruby 360 Lodge, LLC and Ruby Mountain Heli-Ski Guides Inc. shall be named as Additional Insured for the duration of the event.
The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ruby 360 Lodge, LLC and Ruby Mountain Heli-Ski Guides, Inc. from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including but not limited to attorneys fees providing such claim, loss, damage, or expense is caused in whole or in part by and act or omission of the user.
Please note that this coverage is a requirement of our underwriters and in no case can we make exceptions. All vendors must present the necessary documentation for our files when scheduling the event.
