WE MUST STRONGLY ENFORCE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS INDUSTRY THERE ARE COMMITMENTS WE MUST MAKE LONG BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL! PLEASE, CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
Terms and Conditions
Nightly Dinners will be offered at Ruby 360 Lodge beginning May 16, 2024, through the end of October. Ruby 360 Lodge accepts reservations for up to 35 guests on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. The dinner package includes light appetizers, live music, yard games, plated dinner service, dessert, and a glass of white or red wine with dinner. Cocktail hour begins at 5PM.
1a. The dinner is $70.00 per guest (includes tax), due at the time of booking. Dinner payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds or rollovers to another date. (Think of it as buying an event ticket).
1b. The Ruby 360 Lodge Bar will be open each night of dinner service offering a full-service bar for guests to purchase drinks for an additional cost.
1c. Rooms will be available for guests who attend the weekend dinner service at $215 per night (includes tax), Double occupancy (2 guests per room) unless otherwise approved by owners. Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations for lodging are accepted up to 1 week prior to arrival for a refund minus 4% administrative fee.
1d. Breakfast will be available to overnight guests at $35.00 (includes tax). Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations are accepted up to 1 week prior to arrival for a refund minus 4% administrative fee.
1e. Credit cards will be kept on file and charged for bar tab and an automatic 20% gratuity on bar tab and all meals.
1f. Groups of 10 or more will incur a $50.00 per guest fee if reservation is rescheduled within 1 week prior to dinner date.
2.The Conrad Creek Yurt and Ruby High Yurt are available for nightly rental, year-round.
2a. Each yurt is $186 per night (includes tax). Both yurts have a 4-person maximum.
2b. The Ruby High Yurt has a mandatory $175 guide fee for first time users.
2c. No pets are allowed at either yurt.
2d. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
2e. Check-in for the Conrad Yurt is between 3PM and 4:30PM. If arrival is after this time, a late check-in fee of $150.00 will be charged.
2f. Payments are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the reservation minus a 4% administrative fee. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given if there is a cancellation.
3. If a guest would like to book lodging only at Ruby 360 Lodge, the rate is $265.00 per room, per night, double occupancy (2 guests per room). Cancellations are accepted up to 1 week prior to arrival for a refund minus 4% administrative fee.
Ruby 360 Lodge Summer packages:
4. There are no pets allowed in or around Ruby 360 Lodge at any time. No exceptions.
5. The three day trip package includes 3 nights lodging, double occupancy, breakfast and lunch each day, dinner on the arrival evening and 2nd and 3rd nights, Elko Airport Shuttle, a variety of adventures and activities to include: hiking in the Ruby Mountains, wake surfing and boating on South Fork Reservoir, Ruby High Yurt Hike adventure, self-guided mountain biking, self-guided fishing, trap shooting, lawn games, live music, hot tub relaxing, evenings around the fire pit.
6. Ruby 360 Lodge guests are expected to bring their own fishing gear and bikes.
7. The single day package includes lodging on arrival night, double occupancy, dinner on arrival night ,breakfast and lunch of the following day, Elko Airport Shuttle, and a daily activity to include: hiking in the Ruby Mountains, wake surfing and boating on South Fork Reservoir, Ruby High Yurt Hike adventure, self-guided mountain biking, self-guided fishing, trap shooting, lawn games, live music, hot tub relaxing, evenings around the fire pit.
8. Use of Malibu Wakesetter boat is $250.00 per person for up to 4 hours of use. Use of ATV RZR is $100.00 per person for up to 3 people and up to 2 hours of use.
9. Our weekend package arrives Thursday afternoon/evening and runs Friday, Saturday, Sunday, departing Sunday after breakfast. Our midweek package arrives Sunday afternoon/ evening and runs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, departing Wednesday after breakfast.
10. Ruby 360 Lodge Bar will be open each night of the trip offering a full-service selection of beer, wine, hard alcohol and crafted cocktails. Ruby 360 Lodge will keep a running tab during your stay which will need to be paid at checkout in the Ruby store.
11. Single Day packages are available any day other than a Saturday or Tuesday arrival.
12. A $330.00 deposit per person is required to reserve space for the 3-day package. A $110.00 deposit is required to reserve space for a single day with Ruby360 Lodge. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes a weather situation, or if Ruby 360 Lodge should cancel you, and the situation of an injury related cancellation. We recommend Trip Insurance!
13. Balance payments are due 30 days prior to the first day of reservation, preferably by ACH, check or wire transfer. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation, Ruby 360 Lodge reserves the right to release your booking. If a balance payment is made within 2 weeks prior to arrival, it will only be accepted via credit card.
14. If a cancellation is received before the reservation date, and the guest has an immediate replacement for the trip booked, the deposit and balance paid will be transferred to the replacement, subject to the rescheduling fee. If a guest does not have a replacement at the time of cancellation, and the cancellation is within 30 days of their reservation date, all payments (deposit and balance) will be retained by Ruby 360 Lodge. If Ruby 360 Lodge is able to fill the trip with a full pay guest, we will refund all payments less a $250.00 rebooking charge for 3-day packages and $85 for 1-day packages. We reserve the right to fill the seat with a non-full pay guest in which case there is no refund.
15. A $45.00 rescheduling fee per person will be charged for all scheduling changes.
16. Ruby 360 Lodge accepts Mastercard, Visa Cards, and AMEX for deposits only. We prefer the Balance due payments be made by ACH, check or wire transfer. Any balances paid on a credit card are subject to a 4% administrative charge. If a balance payment is made within 2 weeks prior to arrival, it will only be accepted via credit card.
17. Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.
18. Any guest making multiple reservations is responsible for seeing that everyone in their party receives, completes, and returns a Guest Information Form within thirty days of receiving it.
19. Ruby 360 Lodge requires addresses and phone numbers of all persons enabling us to correspond with each person individually.
20. EVERY GUEST WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER UPON ARRIVAL. ANY APPLICANT UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN SIGN THE RUBY 360 LODGE WAIVER.
21. If, on any day you elect not to participate in any activities or adventures there is no refund or credit. If you are injured during your stay or choose not to participate in activities, there will be no refund or compensation.
22. In the event a guest should cancel their trip as the result of a virus outbreak or pandemic, but Ruby 360 Lodge has not ceased operation, Ruby 360 Lodge will retain 75% of all payments, and will credit the remaining 25% to a trip the following season IF the guest is able to provide documentation as to why they are high-risk (i.e. having traveled to a reported high risk country, has a compromised immune system, falls within a specified age range deemed as high risk, has a confirmed case of said virus or been in direct contact with an individual with a confirmed case). Ruby 360 Lodge reserves the right to specify criteria for high-risk guests on a case by case basis, based on official recommendations from the CDC, WHO, or other applicable organizations. If a guest cancels and is unable to provide necessary documentation for high-risk criteria, they will forfeit all payments.
23. On the rare occasion that the guests are unable to participate in any activities during the three-day trip due to extreme weather, Ruby 360 Lodge will give each guest here during that time a $250 credit toward a deposit for later this season or for following year. This deposit has no cash value and is not transferable and must be used by the following season. This offer only applies when no activities occur for the three days.
24. If on the single day package, we are unable to participate in any activities during the day of your trip due to extreme weather, we will issue you a $85 credit toward a deposit for later this season or for following year. This deposit has no cash value and is not transferable and must be used by the following season. This offer only applies when no activities occur for the single day.

Weddings
For a wedding event (ceremony, reception, or both), Ruby 360 Lodge accommodates up to 200 people outside or a maximum of 50 people indoors at a cost of $7,500.00 for the Ruby 360 Lodge facility. We welcome the service provided by approved vendors to include your rentals not limited to tents, dance floor, chinaware, silverware, glassware, tables, chairs, linens, restroom trailer and self-contained caterers. Any bar and beverage service must be provided under the licensed establishment of Ruby 360 Lodge.
Facility fee deposit of $3,750.00 is due within 10 days of making a reservation and is not refundable. The remaining $3,750.00 is due 60 days prior to the wedding and is not refundable after that time.
A cleaning deposit of $1,500.00 is charged 60 days prior to the event and will be returned after the event minus any costs for damages to any lodge rooms or property, or if catering vendors do not clean up their waste / product.
Facility Rental Inclusive with Wedding Reception
Facility use hours are from 8 am the day of wedding until 11 pm. No exceptions.
Complimentary King room for the Bride and Groom at Ruby 360 Lodge the night of the wedding.
Outdoor only reception area for up to 200 guests.
Indoor wedding reception can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Ruby 360 Lodge provides all dinnerware, tables, chairs, and white linens for up to 50 guests.
Weddings that exceed 50 guests, the wedding party will need to provide all rentals

Lodging at Ruby 360 Lodge – $250 per room per night (10 rooms available), Elko county room tax of 6% will be applied. Double occupancy only (2 guests per room). The lodge may have guests checking out the morning of your event, so check-in for occupied rooms will be as soon as housekeeping has them ready.
Breakfast options for guests staying at Ruby 360 Lodge available upon request.
Conrad Creek Yurt rental for wedding day preparations – $175 + Elko county room tax of 6%.
Food and beverage options are available through Ruby 360 Lodge upon request.
Meals are priced per person according to your budget and preferences. All meals will be served buffet style unless plated service is requested at a $2.00 per plate charge service. A 20% service charge is added to final meal costs. An automatic 20% gratuity will be charged to the card on file post-event.
Bar service has a pre-paid minimum order of $2,500.00, due 60 days prior to event. A 20% service charge is added to final beverage cost (prepaid and cash) and an automatic 20% gratuity will be charged to the card on file post-event. A tip jar will be at the bar for guests who wish to leave additional gratuity.
An additional bartender will be added at $70/hour for each increment of 50 guests. For example, for 50 guests, the bartender is included in the facility fee. For 51-100 guests, a 2nd bartender is needed; for 101-150 guests, a 3rd bartender is needed, and for 151-200 guests a 4th bartender is needed.
If the wedding couple does NOT have a wedding planner, an additional fee of $500.00 will be due 60 days prior to the event. This does NOT mean that Ruby 360 Lodge is the wedding planner. The fee covers necessary organization we will inevitably take on that would typically be covered under a wedding planner.
Any Rehearsal dinner – Up to 20 people facility fee – $1500 / Over 20 people facility fee (50 max indoors) – $2500. Food and beverage priced per person in addition to facility fee.
If you will be using the lodge for any event other than the wedding day (post wedding breakfast or brunch, rehearsal dinner, etc), the regular event facility fee applies – $1,500.00 for up to 20 people, or $2,500.00 for over 20 people. Meals, bar, and lodging are in addition to the facility fee.
Air conditioned restroom trailer with 2 women’s and 2 men’s stalls, hand sinks with handicap access in lieu of porta potties – $650
5 authentic wooden oak 60 gallon wine barrels – $40 per barrel.

10. Other than the Facility Fee Deposit and Food Charges, 100% of all other expected and confirmed charges are due 60 days prior to the event. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administrative fee.
13. Ruby 360 Lodge is a non smoking facility.
14. Ruby 360 Lodge inside bathrooms are not available for wedding guests if wedding is outdoors. Porta toilets can be arranged for additional fee.
15. Guests who are not staying at Ruby 360 Lodge are not to enter the building for outdoor wedding.
16. All Parking rights and vehicle privileges under control of Ruby 360 Lodge.
17. Ruby 360 Lodge reserves the right to remove any guest or individual that is intoxicated or causing any sort of disorderly conduct from the property.
18. Hot tub closes at 10PM.
19. The contract signer is responsible for any sort of damages that may be sustained by their guests at Ruby 360 Lodge.
20. In the event or any sort of litigation or arbitration between Ruby 360 Lodge and party, the non-prevailing party must pay all costs, attorney’s fees and expenses of prevailing party.
Damage or Loss of Items: Ruby 360 Lodge will not assume any responsibility for damage to Ruby 360 Lodge property or loss of any merchandise or articles left at the Lodge, prior to, during or following an event.
The customer accepts responsibility for any and all damages. All damages or excessive clean-up more than the cleaning deposit covers will be charged to the credit card on file.
Guest Items Left Behind: Ruby 360 Lodge will attempt to return any items left behind. We will confirm the items are yours by phone or email, then your credit card will be charged for the shipping charges upon shipment of the items.
2. One hundred percent (100)% of all expected and confirmed charges for upgrades, lodging, food and bar service or other charges, is not refundable if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the event.
3. Final settlement & incidentals will be charged to the credit card on file.
4. If Ruby 360 Lodge should have to cancel you due to any cause beyond the control of Ruby 360 Lodge a full refund will be issued.
Events
Ruby 360 Lodge is available for any sort of event or occasion during the year. We are able to host groups of up to 50 people for indoor events and up to 200 people for outdoor events.
