What's included

$50.00 per person (incl. tax), includes chef’s choice appetizer, salad, and plated entrée. Optional dessert is offered at $6.00 per person.

Note: Wednesday dinners will not have live music. Wine is not included. A 20% service charge will be applied automatically.

*Because we accept summer and holiday dinner reservations year-round, prices are subject to change to allow for menu changes and market updates. If you make a reservation prior to season start when prices are finalized, you will be responsible for any price increase.

Join us at Ruby 360 Lodge for a relaxed and delightful Wednesday night dinner experience!

Nestled amidst breathtaking views and cozy fire pits, our midweek dinner service offers a simplified yet delicious menu, perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re celebrating a special milestone or looking for a relaxing evening out, Ruby 360 Lodge welcomes you warmly.

Our Wednesday Sunset Dinners, available throughout the Summer and Fall, start with a cocktail hour at 5 PM, followed by a straightforward yet delectable dinner service at 7 PM. Reservations are required, and we accommodate up to 40 guests per night.

Want to stay the night?

Relax and spend the evening at Ruby 360 Lodge. Ten spacious guests rooms are available for nightly booking on a first come first serve basis. Wake up with 360 panoramic views of the Great Basin Valley to the north and west and the Ruby Mountains to the south and east. Guests joining for Wednesday dinners may book a room for $270, taxes & fees included.

Menu for Wednesday, August 5th:

Passed Appetizer: 

Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon Skewer – Sweet and juicy melon pieces, wrapped with savory prosciutto ham, topped with mint pesto.

Salad Course (served with grilled bread):

360 Wedge Salad – Iceberg Lettuce, juicy tomato slices, red onion, and savory bacon. Complemented by blue cheese crumbles, and green goddess dressing.

Entree:

Grilled Lemongrass Chicken – Grilled 8oz Chicken Breast with a savory lemongrass marinade, creamy wild mushroom orzo, tender spaghetti squash, and fresh baby bok choy.

Dessert (offered at $6/person):

Black Forest Cake – with rich dark cherries and whipped cream frosting.
