Our Wednesday Sunset Dinners, available throughout the Summer and Fall, start with a cocktail hour at 5 PM, followed by a straightforward yet delectable dinner service at 7 PM. Reservations are required, and we accommodate up to 40 guests per night.

Relax and spend the evening at Ruby 360 Lodge. Ten spacious guests rooms are available for nightly booking on a first come first serve basis. Wake up with 360 panoramic views of the Great Basin Valley to the north and west and the Ruby Mountains to the south and east. Guests joining for Wednesday dinners may book a room for $270, taxes & fees included.
Menu for Wednesday, June 24th:
Passed Appetizer:
Flatbread Pizza Margherita – Classic Neapolitan-style flatbread pizza with ripe tomatoes, creamy fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil, all drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Salad Course (served with grilled bread):
Fresh Garden Salad – Baby spring mix base, crisp cucumbers, juicy heirloom tomatoes, and finely julienned carrots. Finished with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and tossed with roasted garlic vinaigrette.
Entree:
Sirloin Steak Oscar – 8oz sirloin steak, grilled and crowned with succulent blue crab meat and a rich béarnaise sauce.
Served with roasted red potatoes, bourbon-glazed baby carrots, and bundles of asparagus wrapped in prosciutto.

Ruby Brownie Sundae
