Our Wednesday Sunset Dinners, available throughout the Summer and Fall, start with a cocktail hour at 5 PM, followed by a straightforward yet delectable dinner service at 7 PM. Reservations are required, and we accommodate up to 40 guests per night.

Relax and spend the evening at Ruby 360 Lodge. Ten spacious guests rooms are available for nightly booking on a first come first serve basis. Wake up with 360 panoramic views of the Great Basin Valley to the north and west and the Ruby Mountains to the south and east. Guests joining for Wednesday dinners may book a room for $270, taxes & fees included.

Appetizer – Loaded potato latkes with créme fraiche, bacon and chive
Entree – St. Louis smoked BBQ pork ribs, cheesy broccoli risotto, roasted tri-colored carrots and jalapeno cheddar corn bread
